Be A Guardian Ad Litem Volunteer

Training is offered for those who have a desire to make a  difference in the lives of children involved in the Brevard County Courts and who have an interest in the legal system.

Many children in Brevard County are abused, abandoned, and/or neglected.  They need and deserve to have their voices heard when their cases come before the Court.  Florida Statute requires that the Court appoint a guardian for them.  Guardian Ad Litem recruits, trains, and supervises about 240 volunteers who care enough to give unselfishly their time to make the difference in the lives of these children.

CONTACT:   Leslie A. Gispanski, Training Coordinator, 321-690-6823.  Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  For your convenience, the answering machine is on during other hours.  If email is an option for  you, write Leslie.Gispanski@flcourts18.org
